AMVETS Riders of Wisconsin, Inc.

Application for membership

Attention AMVETS Riders and those interested in joining!

AMVETS Riders of Wisconsin became an official subordinate of the AMVETS Department of Wisconsin on the first day of convention, June 20, 2008 at Stevens Point Holiday Inn!

We held our annual meeting  on June 21st at the AMVETS Wisconsin State convention in Stevens Point. At that time we decided to keep our charter membership list open for 90 days after our charter is finally approved by National. So far all the necessary forms have been submitted, but we've heard absolutely nothing (no surprise there). Anyone joining as a charter member will receive a special patch designating such.

Anyone interested in joining, please contact Dale or Jim at the phone numbers or email addresses below.

AMVETS Riders Participate in Memorial Day Ride

The small but quickly growing AMVETS Riders of Wisconsin participated in the first annual National Moment of Remembrance Ride starting in Waterford. The group paid respect at the Union Grove veterans cemetery, then ended by leading the Rochester Memorial Day Parade, along with some 40 other Veteran Bikers.
