Fall SEC

The September H&SF, Administrative, and State Executive Meetings will be held on September 6, 2025. The SEC meeting will begin at 10:00 AM, Admin meeting 11:00 AM and the SEC meeting at noon. We will need to be done with the SEC meeting at 1:00 PM so the hotel can set up for another event.

The location of the events will be in Eau Claire Wisconsin at the Sleep Inn & Suites (Choice Motel Group)
There is a room block under AMVETS for Friday September 5th with check-in at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM on Saturday. Two room rates at $89.00 and $99.00, don’t forget to mention the AMVETS Room block. Reservation number is (715)-203-4785, press option 2, and extension number 108.
The address of the hotel is 5872 33rd Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54708. It’s directly off exit 69 on Highway 29 in Chippewa County. There are meeting spaces, a bar, a restaurant, and a convenience store.
Breakfast begins at 6 AM.
